Dr. Harris has a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, specializing in workplace stress reduction, executive coaching, leadership analyzation and development, employee morale, productivity, and wellness events. Dr. Harris is certified in FirstLine Therapy; a personalized lifestyle medicine approach that incorporates diet, exercise, and lifestyle intervention for managing and promoting health.
